Pink Iceland

Pink Iceland has been a thought, a dream and a vision for quite many years and finally it is up and running greeting many happy, carefree and gay tourists making sure that they enjoy the best that Iceland has to offer. Pink Iceland is proudly founded, owned and operated by lesbian couple Eva María and Birna Hrönn. Together they have years of experience in tourism and marketing, have worked with local gay associations and the Reykjavik Gay Pride. They manage the gay café and bar Trúnó and gay bar and nightclub Barbara in the heart of Reykjavik city and welcome their pink guests there. They also form the dj duo - Dj Glimmer, a well known name in the Icelandic gay scene

Iceland is a great destination for LGBT travelers, gay people are equal in the eyes of the law and have enjoyed marriage rights, in churches from the year 2010. Iceland is proud to have the worlds first openly lesbian primeminister and to show support in action one third of the population shows up for Reykjavík Gay Pride. Pink Iceland's goal is to make your stay in Iceland as wonderful and welcoming as possible. We offer an array of services from booking short tours around Reykjavík to all-inclusive luxury excursions around the country. We also organize events with local and international LGBT groups.
