M&M tied the knot in Úlfljótsvatnskirkja church and hosted a beautiful reception at Ion Adventure Hotel.
It was an honour and a pleasure to help M&M make their Iceland Wedding vision come to life. On their wedding day they created an experience for their guests they will never forget. A wedding in the beautiful Úlfljótsvatnskirkja church that sits on top of a small hill by Ulfljotsvatn lake, the Bubbly picnic to toast the newlyweds in nature, a pre drink cocktail hour at the Northern Lights bar at Ion Adventure Hotel followed by a delicious, intimate & super fun reception ending with dancing by the fire under the sparklers.
In our opinion, a dream wedding day in Iceland!

The talented photographers at Nordica Photography got the exciting task of photographing the handsome grooms. The winter light was a welcoming addition, especially in the church creating a magical atmosphere.
Pastor Egill performed the wedding ceremony, the grooms recited their vows and there were readings by guests. There wasn't a dry eye in Úlfljótsvatnskirkja when the two wonderful souls said I do.
Just married!!!
Congratulatory hugs were in order.
Everyone was ready to toast the newlyweds.

And that lighting, we would say this is one of the perks of getting married in Iceland in Winter, the snow paired with the sun so low in the sky. Just gorgeous.

This building is Ion Adventure Hotel and this part in particular is the Northern Lights bar. Tall ceilings and floor to ceilings windows give a majestic feel to the space, M&M hosted a cocktail hour here for their guests.
Hilarious heartfelt speeches, delicious food and great conversations at the wedding reception.
