Pink Iceland disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes in schedules caused by weather, strikes or any other irregularity outside Pink Iceland’s control. Pink Iceland reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. In case of any changes in flights (domestic and international), the passenger has to pay any additional cost caused by this, at the time the service is provided (extra hotel nights, meals, transfers etc). We advise all clients to have insurance, as clients are on their own responsibility on optional tours, such as riding tours, whale watching and snow scooter tours.
All information on Pink Iceland’s website is subject to change and we reserve the right to alter/change/correct mistakes that may possibly appear on the website. The weather in Iceland can be very changeable and therefore we ask our guests to bear in mind that we might have to do sudden changes of the itinerary and ask for our guests patience and flexibility in those cases.

GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
Please help us by observing the following:
- Please dress according to weather. Wear appropriate shoes, bring a hat, mittens and a scarf if you can.

- Please follow the guide's instructions regarding safety and environmental issues
- Keep your seatbelt on whenever the vehicle is moving
- Please respect restrictions, rules & boundaries set at each destination
- Please keep to marked footpaths when requested
- Please do not leave litter at destinations unless there are appropriate containers
- Please ask your guide to take care of litter you can’t find a suitable home for.
- Please do not throw cigarette stubs away. Ask your guide for a portable ashtray.
- Please be aware that damage to rock and moss formations can not be repaired
- Please respect private property, cross fences with care and close gates behind you
- Please avoid disturbing or feeding animals
- We encourage you to refill your bottle with tap water.
Cancellation Terms
Wedding clients, couples
Planning fees are non-refundable. Any payments or deposits made towards a wedding are subject to cancellation policies enforced by our suppliers. Should the Client elect, for whatever reason, to cancel their wedding, Client agrees to provide a written notice of intent to cancel this agreement. There shall be no refund of deposits due to the reservation of the wedding date. In addition, there shall be no refund to any additional payments made and will be considered payment for services rendered to date. Pink Iceland will provide a prompt accounting and billing of services to date, including, but not limited to, Booking Fees for vendors booked to date, reimbursement for any items purchased on behalf of the Client and any other applicable charges for payment in full. In the event of past due or non payment of fees as indicated in the Payment Schedule, Pink Iceland reserves the right to cease services until the account is brought current. Pink Iceland reserves the right to terminate wedding planning services by written notice for any accounts past due 30 days. In the event of cancellation by Pink Iceland due to non payment of fees by the Client, all payments made to Pink Iceland by the client will be considered payment for services to date.
Wedding couples and their guests / Terms and conditions for accommodation bookings
If you cancel with less than 12 weeks notice guests may be liable to pay for all or part of the hotel costs. Refunds will adhere to the accommodation provider's group booking terms and conditions.
Wedding couples and their guests / Terms and conditions for tours and transfers
If you cancel at least 30 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure or commencement time your tours and transfers are fully refundable. If you cancel within 30 calendar days of the scheduled departure, Pink Iceland can not guarantee any refunds. However, cancellations on short notice will be dealt with on a case by case basis and when possible, and through discussions with suppliers Pink Iceland will try its best to refund costs where possible.
Group bookings / Terms and conditions for accommodation bookings

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. 50% charge if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure.
BOOKINGS, CONFIRMATIONS AND DEPARTURES
Pink Iceland reserves the right to cancel bookings when services are not available (e.g. when a car rental is not available, when accommodation is unavailable, etc.). And we will let you know as soon as possible.
Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. As a result, Pink Iceland reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour or product that you have booked with Pink Iceland, at any time, for any reason. In such cases, we will inform you of these changes and alternatives offered in stead as soon as possible. If you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.
Scheduled tours depart on specific dates and time, listed in your booking confirmation email. It’s the customer’s responsibility to be ready for departure, at the stated date and time. Shall the customer, for whatever reason (e.g. missed flight, bad weather, illness, accidents or other unforeseeable events), miss the departure, Pink Iceland is under no obligation to refund nor provide any compensation. Please contact your insurance company for advice.

"We came across Pink Iceland during the research process and from the moment we reached out to them everything felt easy and doable. Working with them was the first decision we made and a great decision at that. We had a vision for the day and nothing we asked was too difficult. We worked with Heiðrún in the lead up and she was so kind, efficient, supportive and responsive. After presenting us with the many options we had we wanted to lock in our photographer, videographer and makeup artist immediately and she was on top of it for us. She made the paperwork process as simple as possible and the processes they have in place make everything feel as stress free as possible.
When the day came our planner was Sigga. Sigga was so wonderful on the day. She was kind, calming and had beautiful energy. We made one minor change which was to have our picnic indoors due to the weather and it was perfect, probably better than the original plan. Sigga was adaptive and happy to drive to new unexpected locations at the request of our photographer and videographer and we just loved having her with us.
Everyone from Pink Iceland went above and beyond for us, for example they even helped us ship home all our wedding gear so we could get stuck into our honeymoon!! We are so incredibly grateful to have worked with them. We wouldn’t have had it any other way and highly recommend anyone considering hiring them, do so!!
